Paper bedding is soft and oh so absorbent, but it can get pricey if you have multiple animals.
Here's a tip: mix in some aspen bedding. Your mix will still have the softness and absorbency you and your animal love, but will also be more affordable!
You can play around with the proportions a bit, but we find 50/50 still provides a comfy litter mix that protects against urine scald, sore hock, and bumblefoot just as well as paper-only bedding.
